Bike and Build Reunion!
This last weekend Sara, Quinnen, and I went to Providence, RI to hang out at Brown University. We had an amazing time! It happened that it was Mark, Austin, and my birthday all the same weekend. So we had a Birthday party for all. It was great seeing everyone and laughing about old times. We started the night at a very interesting not for profit bar that is member only. It's $20 a year for a membership and because it's not for profit the drinks are cheap. Because Nate's girlfriend, Lisa, is a graduate student, she was able to get us in for free as guests. Cool place! The next morning we went to an awesome classic diner! That night the birthday party went off with out a hitch and pretty much anyone in the Providence area from bike and build P2S 2005 stopped by to say hi, it was really nice to see everyone. In other news, Sara and I have found an apartment that we really, really love. It's a little more per month then we were hoping for but it's an actual house. A two bedroom victorian in down town Round Lake. Small little town that actually used to be a religious camp way way back when. It's in awesome shape and even has a wrap around porch on the ground and 2nd floors. I'm finding out exacts about rent tomorrow and will finalize the deal. We offered to the landlord that maybe in exchange for a lower rent we could do work around the house, paint, sheetrock, etc. He seemed like he would consider it but we'll see what happens. The inside is beautiful and we are both excited to move in. March 1st was when he said it should be ready for rental. I'll let you know what happens tomorrow.
